The idea for Shake a Hand Outreach began with a simple moment. We noticed how often small businesses wanted to give back, but didn’t always know how to reach the people and events that truly mattered in their community. At the same time, families, organizations, and event hosts were searching for ways to bring their celebrations and gatherings to life without the heavy financial burden. There was a gap—and an opportunity—to bring those two worlds together. All it really took was a handshake and a shared purpose.

From that spark, Shake a Hand Outreach was born.

We set out to build something that felt different from traditional sponsorship programs. Our role is to act as a bridge. We connect local vendors and sponsors who want to be involved in their community with individuals and organizations that are creating those special moments.
